We are currently looking for 3 Founding Associates who may grow into co-founder roles over time. We care more about ability, ownership, and hunger than degrees or resumes.

The Selection Process

We take selection seriously. Here is how it works:

Step 1: Application Form

Submit your profile, experience, skills, mindset, and tell us why you want to join.

Step 2: Shortlisting & Orientation

Selected applicants will be contacted for an orientation session that explains the subsequent selection procedures.

Step 3: Intro Call

We evaluate your communication, thinking, seriousness, and alignment with our vision.

Step 4: Practical Tasks

Shortlisted candidates will receive real-world tasks relevant to their chosen domain.

Step 5: Founding Associate

The selected candidate will work for one year as a Founding Associate under an agreement before the vesting period starts.

Step 6: Co-Founder

Once the cliff period ends, the Founding Associate receives the discussed equity.

What the Initial Days Look Like

The first phase is focused on building ourselves before taking outside projects. We will spend time on skill sharpening, systems building, brand creation, website development, internal case studies, and business model testing.

Selected associates will help scale our first internal growth project through traffic growth, lead systems, and automation. This helps us create real case studies and test real ability.
